Set aside to cool.Prepare pastry on floured bench layer prosciutto ham and cheese.Add beef fillet roll up fold ends to keep cheese in.Glaze with egg white.Bake at 180- 200 for approximately 1 hour will depend on size of fillet used.Once pastry is brown. Use a skewer to check if meat is cooked. Bacon Asparagus Wraps Ingredients BaconAsparagusHalloumi (can use any cheese Brie /Blue etc.)Puff pastry Instructions On floured bench cut pastry into squares.Slice cheese to desired thickness cut ends off asparagus.Layer bacon asparagus cheese to pastry squares and wrap.Glaze with egg white.Bake at 180 – 200 till pastry is cooked brown & crisp.
