We recently purchased cornbeef from the Supermarket, what a big mistake that was. It was tough, had grisle through it!
Said to Hubby, go to the Normanby butcher & buy some decent cornbeef. It was silver side. Beautiful, no grisle & not tough!
A lot dearer but you get what you pay for. You pay pittance, you get rubbish! Should have gone to the Normanby butcher in the 1st place. Time is money too! 💰 we will be back!

They helped me out in a really crappy situation where I was due to picked steaks I'd ordered up from another supplier....not only did they not have my order, but they had no steaks at all to give me.
Into Normanby Butchers I went, explained I was getting married the next day and had been let down - not a worry, 30 steaks cut up in front of me. Done and dusted.
